Every year, this workshop allows PhD students, post-doctoral researchers, faculty researchers, and researchers from laboratories across the broader Paris-Saclay area to come together to discuss the progress and recent advancements in molecular modeling methods and their applications to biologically relevant molecules.
The topics covered may include quantum chemistry, classical simulations, coarse-grained models, artificial intelligence, with the common goal of better understanding the molecular mechanisms of cellular processes, their modulation by bioactive molecules, or their transport in biological environments.
This day aims to be a friendly environment to foster informal exchanges between students and researchers in molecular modeling. Several sessions will be available for oral or poster presentations. Contributions from PhD students and post-doctoral researchers are highly encouraged.
Thank you very much for your participation.
